Sunshine Morrison, Principal and Founder
With 14 years of communications and brand development experience, Ms. Morrison specializes in helping organizations build strong brands, develop and launch new products and manage international public relations programs.
Sunshine has provided strategic counsel to diverse clients including: Autodesk, Castor & Pollux, Eades Nutritionals, Kodak Dental Systems, Nautilus, Norm Thompson, Reser's Fine Foods and The Washington Wine Commission.
Sunshine previously served as managing supervisor at Fleishman-Hillard International, the largest PR firm in the United States and the fifth largest worldwide. As a member of the Portland division's management team, she helped rebuild an office, led international media relations programs and created and implemented integrated marketing campaigns.
Before Fleishman-Hillard, Sunshine was vice president at Parker LePla, an integrated branding firm in Seattle. She oversaw media training, product launches, employee communications, positioning, naming, media and analyst relations, strategic planning, customer profiling and brand development.
Sunshine has also worked as a marketing analyst at SAFECO Life Insurance Company where she earned her Series 6 and 63 securities licenses. She also held sales and marketing positions at high-tech startup HBS International and at UNUM, a life insurance company.
Sunshine received her MBA from Portland State University, with an emphasis in food marketing through the prestigious Food Innovation Leadership Center. She earned a BA degree in Business Administration from the University of Puget Sound.

Linda Collier possesses a decade of communications and public relations experience.
Linda has successfully led the PR efforts of many leading brands. At Moonstruck Chocolate Company, she secured national print, television, and radio coverage, organized promotional events, and managed the corporate donation program.
Linda is also skilled at developing and launching products aimed at the "mom market." She led marketing activities for Blue Lake Children's Publishing, where she created a PR program including promotional materials, media training and media outreach. These efforts were vital in helping the firm establish a national reputation and secure new distribution deals.
Linda also led the marketing team at SMART (Start Making A Reader Today), Oregon's largest volunteer early literacy program. At SMART, Linda managed revenue-generating business partnerships, branding and large-scale events. Prior to SMART, Linda worked at Fleishman-Hillard International Communications providing strategic counsel for clients including VISA, Amazon.com, Nautilus, and Sun Microsystems.
Linda enjoyed a successful Division I collegiate athletic career playing basketball at Santa Clara University and coaching basketball at the University of Portland. Linda holds a bachelor's degree from Santa Clara University and an MBA from the University of Portland.
