We helped launch CherryMan’s new Non-GMO Project Verified maraschino cherries at Culinology Expo

The Research Chef’s Association hosts a big trade show called “Culinology Expo.” It attracts top chefs, R&D professionals and food ingredient manufacturers. It’s a great venue to launch new food products—as well as eat your way into oblivion.

This year, we helped CherryMan sample their delectable maraschino cherries that are free of artificial colors, flavors and preservatives. The secret? The ruby red color comes from carrot and radish juice. And the real cherry on top? The week before the event, CherryMan® Farm to Market Maraschinos™ officially became a “Non-GMO Project Verified” product!

Culinary professionals went wild for our Wild Rice Salad. The event was held in Portland, the city Time magazine dubbed “America’s New Food Eden.”  Hmmm, we think “America’s New Maraschino Mecca” also has a ring to it.
