Tuscany: Wine, Food & Fun

Bonjourno! Just returned from an incredible trip to Tuscany. Where great conversation, food and Chianti flow freely.

One highlight: taking an Italian cooking class at Villa Saladini located in the Chianti region. It was a great way to sample local ingredients and learn new culinary techniques — while not having to clean any dishes! If you find yourself in Italy (which is always a good thing) check ‘em out:
